PHG80 Terms & Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to PHG80. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and PHG80 ("PHG80," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PHG80 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

PHG80 is an online casino and sportsbook operated under the applicable licensing framework and directed exclusively at players in the Philippines. The Platform offers sports betting, casino games, fishing games, JILI Slots, roulette, and other wagering products, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

By accessing or using any part of the PHG80 Platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open a player account at PHG80, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in the Philippines and are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are opening the account voluntarily, for personal entertainment, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of PHG80 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or game suppliers.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from PHG80, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion period you have elected.
• You have not been declared legally incompetent or incapacitated to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information you provide to PHG80 is accurate, complete, and up to date. PHG80 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active PHG80 player account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited without notice. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact PHG80 support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHG80 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised it.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PHG80 support immediately. PHG80 will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

PHG80 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or BIR document dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your GCash or Maya account, or bank statement)

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension at PHG80's discretion.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your PHG80 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after identity confirmation, provided there are no outstanding investigations or suspected breaches of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits at PHG80 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). PHG80 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction. PHG80 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources – your deposit must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

PHG80 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. PHG80 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at PHG80 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) only.

PHG80 aims to process all withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within a few hours on business days. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider. PHG80 does not guarantee specific turnaround times and cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to payment processing networks.

• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed unless you choose to forfeit the remaining bonus.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification if the amount exceeds the KYC threshold or if suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.
• PHG80 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the PHG80 Platform are final once confirmed. PHG80 does not accept requests to void or cancel bets that have been accepted and are pending the outcome of an event or game round, except in circumstances explicitly described in these Terms or applicable game-specific rules.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all PHG80 products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface before you confirm a wager. PHG80 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Sports Betting

PHG80 offers sports betting on basketball, volleyball, NBA, and other markets. For sports markets, the following applies:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• In the event an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed under normal conditions, PHG80's event-specific settlement rules will apply. Refer to the relevant sport's rules page on the Platform for details.
• PHG80 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, as determined at PHG80's sole discretion.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting, with the additional condition that bets may be rejected during temporary suspension periods (e.g., during timeouts or official reviews).

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino games at PHG80, including JILI Slots, Roulette, and Fishing Games, use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game round is independent of all previous rounds. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-term statistical return and are not a guarantee of results in any individual session.

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the players' PHG80 wallets. PHG80 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from technical errors beyond the platform's reasonable control, such as internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PHG80 offers various promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within each individual offer on the Promotions page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement – the total amount of bets you must place before bonus winnings become withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Each promotion specifies which games or markets qualify for bonus wagering. Bets placed on non-qualifying games may not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire after a period specified in the promotion's individual terms (typically between 7 and 30 days). Expired bonus credits are automatically removed from your PHG80 wallet.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per PHG80 account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the original bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: PHG80 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, co-ordinated wagering, or exploitation of a technical error is detected. This includes arbitrage betting patterns designed specifically to reduce risk in bonus play.
• One Claim Per Household: Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are limited to one claim per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

7. Responsible Gaming

PHG80 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a method of generating income or solving financial problems.

PHG80 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your PHG80 account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders that notify you when you've been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net gaming result and session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from PHG80. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the elected period has elapsed.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter temporary break option (24 hours to 30 days) that allows you to pause activity without committing to a full self-exclusion.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at PHG80 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using a false identity, forged documents, or impersonating another person during registration or verification at PHG80.
• Opening more than one PHG80 account or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or bypass security measures on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties in connection with PHG80 sports markets or casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided at PHG80's discretion.
• Using the PHG80 Platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions, or any other action designed to recover funds that have been legitimately wagered and lost at PHG80.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the PHG80 Platform – including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, text, images, and software code – is the intellectual property of PHG80 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the PHG80 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the PHG80 Platform without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHG80 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, even where PHG80 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Interruption or unavailability of the PHG80 Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks, or events beyond PHG80's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate password security.

PHG80's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or your player account shall in no event exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to PHG80 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PHG80's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the PHG80 Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering an account at PHG80, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting PHG80 support. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on your rights as a data subject.

12. Changes to Terms

PHG80 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PHG80 will notify registered players via account notification or email, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the PHG80 Platform following any published changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account by contacting PHG80 support before the changes take effect.
